
How much belonging do you feel in your workplace? What helps, what hurts belonging?
I’d guess 95% is driven by the level of emotional intelligence in the culture. In turn, that’s shaped by senior leaders deciding that “Yes, we’re going to intentionally and systematically hire and grow a workforce with high EQ skills and norms.”
It’s not easy but it’s not complicated. Embed EQ in every stage of talent.
