“Work Does Not Have To Suck”

A toxic high performer.

Or do you have the courage to face them head on?

Unfortunately, managers often ignore toxic high performers.

Why?

Because they perform incredibly well.

And in order to KEEP your job as manager, you need to produce great results.

They think, “oh it’s not that big of a deal.”

But it is.

Toxic high performers erode a healthy culture.

Do you look the other way?

Gradually wearing away the “team aspect.”

My advice to managers…

Confront them head on.

Tell them specifically what their toxic behavior is, and explain to them THEY have to change it immediately, or get off the bus.

Us. We. Team.

This is far more important than any one individual.

As managers, stand for something.

The values, purpose, and mission of an organization is way bigger than any one person.

Your people will admire your courage, and they will respect you for prioritizing a healthy work atmosphere

We are always better together. ❤️
