When Covid struck, our hotel, ranked #2 within the Comfort brand, faced challenges, and I found myself let go. Just a week later, we soared to become the #1 hotel in the brand. It was a bittersweet experience for me as the award truly belonged to the team, not just me. Despite the setback, I managed to secure a new opportunity with Hilton. The journey from my lowest point to a new high in my career happened within a mere week.
