If you’re always chasing time, you’re doing it wrong.

This isn’t about working harder. It’s about working smarter with the right frameworks.

Here are 10 time-tested techniques from the
infographic that could transform your daily output:

  1. Eat That Frog

Do your hardest, most important task first.
It builds momentum and reduces procrastination.

  1. Pomodoro

Work in 25-minute sprints with breaks in between. Great for maintaining focus and avoiding burnout.

  1. 2-Minute Rule

If it takes 2 minutes or less, just do it. These micro-wins add up fast.

  1. 1-3-5 Method

Tackle 1 big, 3 medium, and 5 small tasks a day. Helps if you’re overwhelmed and don’t know where to start.

  1. Eisenhower Matrix

Sort tasks by urgency and importance. Make quicker decisions on l what to do, delay, delegate, or drop.

  1. Task Batching

Group similar tasks and do them in batches.
Reduces mental switching and saves energy.

  1. Timeboxing

Assign time blocks to specific tasks.
Stick to the schedule and stay in control.

  1. Parkinson’s Law

Work expands to fill the time available.
Set shorter deadlines to get more done in less time.

  1. Ivy Lee Method

List your 6 most important tasks the night before. Start each day with a clear plan.

  1. MITs (Most Important Tasks)

Pick your top 1-3 tasks daily.
Ignore the rest until those are done.
