Try asking your team:

“What’s one obstacle I can remove for you this week?”
“What skill do you want to develop next?”

When someone doubts themselves, remind them of their past wins. Their hidden strengths.

A single “I believe in you” can change everything.

Because at its heart, leadership is simple:

Your job isn’t to be the best person on the team.

It’s to bring out the best in everyone else.
