Some people associate kindness as a WEAKNESS, but I consider it a STRENGTH. (Especially, in the hospitality industry.)

When I was growing up I was taught the GOLDEN RULE. “Treat others the way you want to be treated.”

Just a few years ago I learned about the PLATINUM RULE which is: “Treat others BETTER than they expect to be treated.”

This applies to co-workers, friends, but most importantly to our guests.

Remember KINDNESS COUNTS! What can you do TODAY to make a POSITIVE DIFFERENCE in people’s lives?
